Heritage Bank Limited outdoors hassle-free remittance partnerships with RIA, MoneyGram and Western Union

Heritage Bank Limited, has introduced specialized remittance services for its customers and the general public, following successful integration with three globally recognized remittance partners, namely RIA Money Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer and MoneyGram respectively. Customers and members of the general public can now access their remittances with ease through the aforementioned global money transfer agencies across all Heritage Bank Branches. This move forms part of the Bank’s drive to provide targeted and ultra-convenient banking solutions to Ghanaians.

Remarking on the Bank’s freshly unveiled remittance services, Managing Director of the Bank, Patrick Fiscian reiterated that the hallmark of Heritage Bank is convenience and thus with the inception of these money transfer services, recipients would be assured of enjoying Heritage Bank’s signature customer experience dubbed ‘The Heritage Experience’. He therefore urged the general public to troop to Heritage Bank Branches, especially during the busy period ahead of the impending holiday season to experience swift and hassle-free remittance services.

He stated, “We believe that all the services we offer must be distinct by virtue of our unique brand of customer experience which permeates and defines how we serve and interact with our customers. With this in mind, we have taken our time to ensure robust, speedy and secure integration with the systems of our various money transfer partners. We have also designated specially trained personnel to man our remittance platforms and dispense swift and seamless services to our cherished customers.  I encourage all remittance recipients to visit Heritage Bank for their remittances especially during the busy pre-holiday season to receive their funds with ease.”

General Manager, Retail Banking, Mark Achiampong expressed delight at the take-off of the Bank’s remittance services and reiterated the Managing Director’s call for remittance customers to turn to Heritage Bank for swift services.

This is why we have also introduced our mobile banking service where by dialing *713*818# you can check balances, buy credit and even transfer money instantly to other banks or mobile wallets in Ghana. It is important that we offer improved services that facilitate our customers’ personal and business ambitions.”

Heritage Bank Limited, began official operations as a certified Universal Bank in February 2017. To date, the Bank has four operational Branches, namely Airport City, East Legon, Suame and Adum with four more Branches opening in Dzorwulu, Tema, Abossey Okai and Nima. All Branches of the Bank offer customers extended Banking Hours from 8:30AM to 6:00PM.
